We’re looking for an experienced and driven <strong>Supplier Onboarding Specialist</strong> to join our hardworking team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>In this critical role, you’ll be the primary point of contact between Shipper and our growing network of suppliers. You’ll be responsible for the following:</p><ul><li>Identifying potential new suppliers and integrating them into our platform</li><li>Building and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers while providing ongoing support and guidance</li><li>Collaborating with our internal team to enhance supplier performance and resolve arising issues</li><li>Developing and implementing strategies to increase supplier engagement and satisfaction</li><li>Conducting cold outreach to targeted companies and persuading them to partner with us</li><li>Presenting clear, organized feedback to our marketing team to improve their strategies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Our ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in B2B communications, negotiations, and sales</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle different personalities and behaviors</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of supply chain, trading, taxes, digital and e-commerce</li><li>Proficiency in English for internal communications</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>At Shipper, we’re more than a team, we’re a family.
