With more than 60 destinations, Paris Society, founded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, is a key player in French hospitality industry.</p><p>The aspiration of Paris Society International (PSI) is to take the ultimate global market leading position within ultra-premium and lifestyle dining.</p><p><br></p><p><em>High level role scope</em></p><p>The Brand Compliance & Training Manager will lead the finalization of all brand master manuals inclusive of a) the brand books and b) operating books across the brand portfolio of PSI, as well as governing the execution and brand compliance of trading licensed and owned businesses. </p><p><br></p><p>The main responsibility of this newly created role is ensuring that the master manuals of PSI are always current, in line with the natural brands evolution and adhered to by both licensed and owned operations of PSI. </p><p>The initial mandate is to work with the broader team in securing the complete and uniform nature of both brand books and operating books across all brands after which the ownership of these master manuals as brands evolve. </p><p>Additionally, this role will be intimately involved in all openings building individual units to the brand specifications and training the teams to brand standards. </p><p>It will finally have an ongoing auditing role in active trading businesses. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Detailed responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Responsibility for the development, finalization and ongoing maintenance of the brand books of all PSI brands seeking the necessary information within the relevant team members </li><li>Responsibility for the development, finalization and ongoing maintenance of the operating books of all PSI brands seeking the necessary information within the relevant team members </li><li>To support the Project Director and project team in the brand compliance for all active development projects</li><li>To support the Operation Director and Culinary Director in the pre-opening and opening phases of all venues and the related brand standard training</li><li>To use existing tools, systems and KPIβs to monitor brand compliance of individual units remotely</li><li>To assist in the development of new tools, systems and KPIβs to monitor brand compliance of independent units</li><li>To conduct in-location compliance audits of licensed and owned units as per schedule and requirements</li><li>To provide detailed compliance audit reports identifying areas of non-compliance and general areas of development</li><li>To consult with key stakeholders, licensees, operators and PSI directors on the corrective plan of action following audits which requires action</li><li>To support the development a motivated and high performing team of committed market leading professionals delivering clear goals</li><li>Develop a positive, direct and open relationship with all key stakeholders, licensees and PSI colleagues</li><li>Protect the health, safety and well-being of clients and colleagues</li><li>Constantly inspire the Paris Society vision and positive culture with all key stakeholders, licensees and PSI colleagues</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>An extraordinary eye for detail is absolutely key and critical</li><li>Higher level of education and market leading profile sector experience</li><li>A proven track record in operational management, brand standard management or the equivalent</li><li>Experience within a similar brand standard or brand compliance role combined with experience in hospitality or F&B (a plus)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adhere to performance target</li><li>Excellent operational and analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise accordingly</li><li>Hands-on, problem solving and curious mindset</li><li>Fluent English skills</li><li>Great flexibility and adaptability in working in a multicultural environment </li></ul><p><br></p><p>This position is based in Dubai and reports into the Director of Operations.</p><p>If you are interested, please email your CV to Anne Isabelle Sam at:</p><p>ai.sam@paris-society.com</p><p><br></p><p>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.</p><p>Thank you for your interest.</p><p><br></p>
