<p>Al Dahra is a leading global agribusiness company, and we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Credit Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and managing credit risks related to our commercial transactions. This is a full-time position requiring 1-2 years of relevant credit analysis experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Driving Customers Credit Assessment:</p><p>- Provide guidance and training to local finance teams on the credit assessment process.</p><p>- Continuously update and maintain the credit assessment methodology to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>- Consolidate and analyze assessment results from various sources to create comprehensive credit scorecards.</p><p>- Verify and validate customer setups, credit limits, payment terms, and security requirements in the system.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Performing Order Management in the System:</p><p>- Monitor credit events and their impact on customers’ credit standings.</p><p>- Advise the business on the credit status of counterparties and the progress of orders.</p><p>- Participate in order release and approve extended payment terms and credit limits as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Weekly/Monthly Reporting:</p><p>- Generate timely and insightful reports on customers’ ageing, exposure, and collection performance.</p><p>- Conduct thorough portfolio quality analysis and provide individual performance statistics to management.</p><p>- Present actionable recommendations based on credit risk assessment outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Participation in Projects:</p><p>- Collaborate with teams to onboard and implement credit rating providers.</p><p>- Assist in defining rules for credit risk analysis within the ERP system.</p><p>- Manage the onboarding and maintenance of AR Insurance contracts.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Experience:</p><p>- 1-2 years of relevant credit analysis experience.</p><p>- Previous experience in creating and utilizing credit scoring models.</p><p>- Familiarity with sources of risk rating consolidation.</p><p>- Experience with D&B, LexisNexis, Moody’s, or S&P reports and solutions is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Preferred Knowledge:</p><p>- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, Sage, or Axapta, would be advantageous.</p><p> Must-Have Knowledge:</p><p>- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit analysis concepts.</p><p>- Proficiency in scoring methodologies and risk assessment techniques.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Must Have Skills:</p><p>- Exceptional analytical abilities and structured thinking.</p><p>- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.</p><p> Desirable Skills:</p><p>- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL would be beneficial.</p><p>- Familiarity with Chat GPT or similar AI language models is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>7.
