<p>We are seeking a talented Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic team at Al Dahra, a leading agribusiness company based in the UAE. If you are looking for a challenging role where you can coordinate, manage, and report all treasury activities for our Group, then this opportunity is perfect for you!</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and reporting all treasury activities for our Group. If you have prior experience in treasury, a solid understanding of different types of credit facilities, and working knowledge of FX hedging and hedge accounting, we want to hear from you!</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Coordinating with group entities to obtain CF and FX forecast and consolidate the same.</li><li>Managing ICO loans ensuring all ICO loans are correctly recorded in the TMS in term of tenor, repayment schedule and pricing. </li><li>Managing bank accounts across group, optimizing number of accounts, maintaining, and updating bank signatories. </li><li>Coordinate and assist operating companies to sort out any issues with banking partners.</li><li>Developing and maintaining Bank Score card to analyze the distribution of banking business among the relationship banks.</li><li>Manage all working capital facility utilization from utilization request to payment of loan, keep accurate utilization and repayment schedule records.</li><li>Familiarity with hedge documentation, hedge accounting and effectiveness testing.</li><li>Perform month-end treasury activities including Bank Reconciliation, reconciliation of facility utilization with Bank, interest accrual both for bank-debt and ICO loans.</li><li>Review and analyze treasury GL accounts to ensure that all exposures are recorded correctly and monitor the trend.</li><li>Develop processes and procedures across treasury work streams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> Qualifications: </p><ul><li>Must be a university graduate of finance or accounting.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a treasury role</li><li>Experience of working in a large local/MNC organization</li><li>Knowledge of cash management, banking relationships and treasury reporting</li><li>Proficient in excel and preparing presentation.</li><li>Strong communication skill</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join our team and be part of a global agribusiness that is making a difference in the world of agriculture and food security.
