For more information, visit: https://www.stellantis.com/en/company/about-us</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently recruiting a Training Manager to develop, implement and audit sales, non-technical and technical training across the Middle East region across our brand portfolio. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Directs the design and implementation of all regional training aligned with Global guidelines.</li><li>Develop training programs that address specific business needs for each role in the network.</li><li>Plan training schedules and calendars for the region.</li><li>Identify and assess the training needs of the Middle East Region.</li><li>Implement effective and purposeful training methods.</li><li>Effectively manage the training budget.</li><li>Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, individual department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.</li><li>Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.</li><li>Maintains training records, reports and documents certain training as required by Global and regional teams.</li><li>Evaluate regional performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.</li><li>Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Drive brand values and strategy through all training and development activities.</li><li>Effectively communicate and manage the training team members and trainers.</li><li>Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.</li><li>Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training.</li><li>Stays abreast of new developments, methods and techniques in the training field.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in a relevant subject</li><li>Extensive experience in development, implementation and auditing of sales, technical and non-technical training. </li><li>A minimum of 7 years experience in training and development management in the automotive industry.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.</li><li>Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.</li><li>Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.</li><li>Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.</li><li>Fantastic organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strategic and creative mindset.</li><li>Arabic speaker would be advantageous</li></ul><p><br></p><p>“At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
