This critical role will be responsible for the illustration and visualisation translating ideas into visuals.<p><br></p>We envisage success in this role to include;<ul><li>Proposing Conceptual illustrative masterplans, Architectural, interior and landscape ideas, concepts/ solutions and themes.</li><li>Illustrating and visualizing sketches and ideas to translate and visualize the visions of the Client for presentation purposes.</li><li>In providing illustration services, the illustrator is expected to be able to conduct the following</li><ul><li>Collecting reference or related images that will help support the ideas and help have an overview feel and look of the project.</li><li>Producing conceptual sketches of plans, elevations and sections,</li><li>Producing vignettes of interesting views and potential selling point of the projects,</li><li>Producing illustrations, hand sketches and develop 3ds by sketch-up program,</li><li>Preparing visuals like perspectives, rendered illustrations and presentations.</li><li>Sketches, renders, plans, elevations, and sections are presented in pen, ink and rendered via presentation programs.<br><br></li></ul>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum <strong>10 years of broad-based relevant experience, partnered with a degree in relevant field. <br><br></strong><strong><em>Note Please embed a portfolio link in your CV. <br><br></em></strong>KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
