Then, this is the place to create the solutions the world needs today to enable a better tomorrow.<p><br></p>Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow<p><br></p>With a full set of world-class competencies, COWI & Partners LLC in The Sultanate of Oman is consultant engineers operating in the field of architecture, MEP, civil and structural engineering, sustainability and quantity surveying within building design and supervision, combined with local presence and experience, our talented and dedicated professionals are ready to take on the most complex projects – no matter how large or small.<p><br></p>In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with Sustainability team to meet the project requirements including LEED.<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Key Responsibilities Will Be</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Review the submissions & ensure it is project compliant.</li><li>Carry out Inspection and Review the ongoing Site Works for compliance</li><li>Responsible for highlighting unforeseen problems in advance and escalating to the Project Coordinator/ Head of department.</li><li>Ensures that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.</li></ul><p><br></p>COWI is a leader within our field because our employees are leaders within theirs. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.<p><br></p><ul><li>Be a LEED Accredited professional with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with 4 years of minimum experience of LEED project management experience on site.</li><li>Have completed least one LEED Gold or Platinum project and should have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical system.</li><li>Be familiar with the construction & LEED commissioning process.</li><li>Are passionate for the environment and green buildings.</li><li>Have WELL AP credential, then it will be an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p>A place to work and so much more.<p><br></p>At COWI, we work together with our customers to shape a sustainable and liveable world.
