The <strong>Assistant Executive Director</strong> is responsible for driving resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial and process management, strategic planning and implementation in coordination with the Executive Director.<p><br></p><strong> What will I do every day? </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support the Executive Director to meet and exceed community goals including Resident Loyalty, Associate Engagement and financial performance targets </li><li> Supervise community departments and initiatives as assigned </li><li> Hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates </li><li> Identify and develop talent for future succession opportunities </li><li> Support community business planning and forecasting </li><li> Manage operations based on occupancy and financial targets </li><li> Lead community projects, committees, and continuous improvements </li><li> Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty </li><li> Drive adoption of Kisco’s software systems, resources and tools </li><li> Responsible to identify, benchmark and leverage best practices in the industry </li><li> Understand and support the community sales process </li><li> Perform other related duties as required </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree </li><li> Minimum of 3-5 years’ management experience in health care, senior living or related field </li><li> Proven track record leading results driven teams with an emphasis on financial and operational performance, customer and associate engagement </li><li> Experience working with seniors highly desirable </li><li> Master’s degree a plus </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> What’s in it for me?
