<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Company Overview: We are a leading travel company based in Giza, specializing in providing a wide range of travel services to both direct customers and business-to-business (B2B) clients, Our services include inbound and outbound travel arrangements, ticketing, and comprehensive travel solutions. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supervisor to join our team.</p><p>The Travel Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the travel department, including supervising a team of travel agents, managing the department’s budget, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policy. The Travel Supervisor also plays a key role in developing and implementing new travel products and services, and in maintaining relationships with travel suppliers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1-&nbsp;Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the incoming and outbound travel services, as well as the ticketing, reservations, invoicing, documentation &amp; Good knowledge of visa process and visa requirements</p><p>2-&nbsp;Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner, Provide excellent customer service to both direct customers and B2B clients.</p><p>3-&nbsp;Provide guidance, support, and training to the team of travel agents to ensure they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and service requests effectively, monitor team performance and individual KPIs.</p><p>4-&nbsp;Manage the department’s budget and ensure that all travel arrangements are made within budget.</p><p>5-&nbsp;Optimize travel itineraries, packages, and offerings to enhance customer experience and increase sales.</p><p>6-&nbsp;Maintain relationships with travel suppliers.</p><p>7-&nbsp;Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and regulations.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>1-&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in travel or tourism management or a related field.</p><p>2-&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with experience in both incoming and outbound travel.</p><p>3-&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.</p><p>4-&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and </p><p>&nbsp;Efficiently.</p><p>5-&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in travel booking systems and related software applications.</p><p>6-&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>7-&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies.</p><p>8-&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of foreign countries/destinations, visa process and visa requirements.</p><p>9-&nbsp;&nbsp;Well-organized, Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.</p><p><strong>Benefits:-</strong></p><p>Β·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive salary and benefits package (Medical Insurance, Social Insurance).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Join our dynamic team and be part of a company that values excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee growth.
