<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director with substantial experience in the digital marketing industry. This role is crucial for our organization, providing strategic guidance and leadership for all HR functions. The successful candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills, combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to work within the fast-paced nature of our digital marketing agency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As our Human Resources Director, you will:</p><ol><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our agency’s business strategy.</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</li><li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.</li><li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent in the industry.</li><li>Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and fit for purpose.</li><li>Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.</li><li>Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.</li><li>Evaluate and advise on the impact of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as they impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the people resources of the agency.</li><li>Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.</li><li>Support organizational design and development initiatives to ensure the company can scale effectively and efficiently.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Human Resources Director, preferably within a digital marketing agency.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in HR strategic planning.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll systems, and other related HR tech solutions.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.</li><li>A track record of dealing with an internal employee culture and initiating culture-change initiatives.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant HR certification is preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.</li><li>Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.</li></ol><p><br></p>
