It is our passion to give customers an exceptional experience consistently when dining at any of our establishments. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>HR ADMINISTRATOR (A)</strong></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><span>1. *Available to start work immediately </span></p><p><span>2. Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years work experience in Visa Processing</span></p><p><span>3. University Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, business, or equivalent.</span></p><p><span>4. Strong MS Excel knowledge and experience</span></p><p><span>5. Highly organized self-starter.</span></p><p><span>6. Experienced in reporting and possessing a data-driven mindset, using data to continuously improve our HR function.</span></p><p><span>7. Knowledge of HR policies and systems</span></p><p><span>8. A natural ‘people person’ with great communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.</span></p><p><span>9. Responsible for Employment Visa Processing at DMCC and Trakhees Freezones 170 visas</span></p><p><span>2. Responsible for Mainland Visa Processing 95 visas</span></p><p><span>3. Coordinating with PRO for only Mainland Visas</span></p><p><span>4. Processing Employment Visa Renewals</span></p><p><span>5. Maintain the Employee File Records (hardcopies) as well as Software Records (in the HR software) accurately and in an organized way.</span></p><p><span>6. Registration of Medical Insurance with insurance provider</span></p><p><span>7. Scheduling, Processing, and maintaining records for Occupational Healthcards, Basi Food Hygiene Training, etc. </span></p><p><span>8. Communicate via email for updating various departments.</span></p><p><span>9. Maintain and organize MS Excel tracking system for the visa processes.</span></p><p><span>10. Produce a monthly report indicating the progress and status of various HR activities.</span></p><p><span>11. Source Candidate CVs. </span></p><p><span>2. Post advertisements for new vacancies on various recruitment websites, Linkedin and any other sites.</span></p><p><span>3. Coordinate with recruitment agencies to hire candidates.</span></p><p><span>4. Conduct initial interview screening of candidates.</span></p><p><span>5. Schedule interviews with candidates in coordination with various department managers. </span></p><p><span>6. Issue Offer Letters to selected candidates.</span></p><p><span>7. Handle Onboarding process and employee orientation. Ensure employee accommodation is prepared by Accommodation caretaker.</span></p><p><span>8. Maintain the Employee File Records (hardcopies) as well as Software Records (in the HR software) accurately and in an organized way.</span></p><p><span>9. Scheduling, Processing, and maintaining records for Occupational Health cards, Basi Food Hygiene Training, etc. </span></p><p><span>10.
