<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<p><br></p>▪ Follows-up and ensures the submission of daily requirements to the Director and CEO’s office and updates the schedule weekly.<p><br></p>▪ Review the reports from writing perspective and arrangement.<p><br></p>▪ Ensure the tasks (reports, letters, memos, etc.) are based on priority matrix (HE-DG office, CEO Office, etc.)<p><br></p>▪ Prepares circulars and correspondences in response to all the assigned matters, forwards all correspondences received to the concerned sections and ensures dispatch without delay, closes any assigned and pending issues in EMS (Tarasul) in addition to prepares monthly progress EMS report.<p><br></p>▪ Prepares and registers all external correspondences daily and ensures sending them with the representative on daily basis.<p><br></p>▪ Follows up and manages director schedule and coordinates with the concerned (internally and externally) to book appointments as required.<p><br></p>▪ Aids and guides employees in using department systems (Tarasul, CRM).<p><br></p>▪ Coordinates with the concerned departments to provide the necessary requirements (PC, phone, employee cards, health cards and others) to newly joined employees and internal shifting purposes.<p><br></p>▪ Attends department meetings and prepares minutes of meetings, in addition to follows up with the concerned to ensure assigned tasks are completed as per the management instructions.<p><br></p>▪ Enters the permission and absence remarks in the Time and Attendance System (twice a month) and prepares monthly reports to sections.<p><br></p>▪ Follows up and replies to all forwarded suggestions and complaints and ensures closing all suggestions and complaints as per the SLA set.<p><br></p>▪ Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies and places the necessary procurement orders as per the department requirements.<p><br></p>▪ Ensures compliance with organization requirements within the department.<p><br></p>▪ Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department.<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p>EDUCATION<p><br></p>▪ Diploma in Business Administration<p><br></p>▪ Microsoft Office<p><br></p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong><p><br></p>▪ 0-2 years of working experience<p><br></p><strong>Job Category</strong><p><br></p>Administration<p><br></p><strong>Advertiser</strong><p><br></p>Roads and Transport Authority<p><br></p><strong>Department</strong><p><br></p>Maintenance & Services<p><br></p><strong>Educational-level</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor<p><br></p><strong><u>Required Nationality</u></strong><p><br></p>UAE Only<p><br></p><strong>Monthly Salary</strong><p><br></p>Unspecified<p><br></p><strong>Schedule-Time</strong><p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p><strong>Job Posting</strong><p><br></p>02/08/2023<p><br></p><strong>Unposting Date</strong><p><br></p>01/10/2023
