This role will be pivotal in driving our business growth by establishing meaningful connections with prospects and converting leads into valuable partnerships.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>As an Inside Sales Specialist for the MEA region based in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in the company’s sales and business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, primarily <strong>Arabic-speaking prospects</strong> (pharma &amp; healthcare marketing decision makers along with the digital/tech leads) from the UAE, and effectively communicate the value of our patented offering. You will focus on appointment setting, lead generation, and nurturing prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, email, LInkedIn and WhatsApp marketing.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prospect Engagement: Reach out to potential clients within the UAE and the MEA region, primarily targeting Arabic-speaking prospects, and establish rapport through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.</li><li>Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients to introduce our

and demonstrate how they address their specific needs.</li><li>Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, understanding their requirements and pain points to present tailored solutions effectively.</li><li>Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Marketing: Create compelling email, LinkedIn InMails and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged throughout the sales process.</li><li>Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and interactions using the company’s CRM system (HubSpot).</li><li>Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the MEA region to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales Team: Coordinate with the regional sales team to align strategies and provide valuable insights from your interactions with prospects.</li><li>Physical Presence: When required, attend in-person meetings and events with prospects during company visits to the UAE.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the MEA region, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Native or fluent Arabic speaker, with proficiency in English, both spoken and written.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects.</li><li>Strong phone presence and persuasive negotiation abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.</li><li>Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.</li><li>Adaptable and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.</li><li>Knowledge of the pharma &amp; healthcare advertising market in the MEA region would be an advantage.</li></ul>
