SEEKTEACHERS<p><br></p><u><strong>Teach in Al Ain – Immediate Start | Teach for Charter Schools | Teach Abroad – Immediate Start </strong></u><p><br></p>JACK WELLINGTON is looking for qualified teachers who are passionate and engaging to teach in the Emirates of Al Ain. Elaine is considered the green Emirate which has a very relaxed outdoor lifestyle. There are many families that live in this region and it is about 1 1/2 hours away from Dubai and Abu Dhabi.<p><br></p>The charter school project is designed to turnkey local government schools into international schools delivering an international curriculum with ex-pat teachers modernizing the education in the school. The majority of the students are local Emiratis where English is not their first language and so if you have experience dealing with ESL students this will be beneficial for your application.<p><br></p><u><strong>Requirements to apply:</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in your relevant subject area (mandatory)</li><li>A valid teaching qualification</li><li>Minimum of two years of teaching experience</li><li>A high command of written and spoken English</li><li>Up to date with the modern teaching pedagogy</li><li>Competent in using technology in the classroom</li><li>Have excellent behaviour management skills</li><li>Able to adapt to a new teaching culture</li><li>Willing to attend professional development to enhance your career</li></ul><p><br></p>The charter schools are looking for teachers in the following areas:<p><br></p><ul><li>Middle and high school Mathematics teachers</li><li>Middle and high school English teachers</li><li>Middle and high school Chemistry teachers</li><li>Middle and high scores Physics teachers</li><li>Middle and high school Biology teachers</li><li>Middle and high school general Science teachers</li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>Salary Package:</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>A TAX-FREE salary from 12,000 AED to 15,000 AED per month based on qualification and years of experience</li><li>FREE housing or housing allowance provided</li><li>FREE Medical insurance for teachers and persons up to three children </li><li>FREE visa for teachers, spouses and up to three children</li><li>free medical insurance for teacher, spouse and up to three children</li><li>Gratuity bonuses for UAE law</li><li>A 2-year contract which is renewable</li></ul><p><br></p>If you believe you have what it takes to work in local charter schools then apply now as we will be reviewing candidates for January 2023 and August 2023 applications. To work in a charter school you would need to be a very flexible teacher, hard-working and resilient as many changes take place daily as the school transitions from a local curriculum to an international one.
