<p><strong>1. Role Objective</strong></p><p>Execute meter operations activities in coordination with field teams under the supervision of the team leader.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities</strong></p><p><strong><em>Growth & Sustainability related :</em></strong></p><p>· Execute all assigned tasks and to ensure that these are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner</p><p>· Report on the overall performance and work progress of tasks assigned</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Customer related:</em></strong></p><p>· Execute all customer facing transactions in line with ADDC customer strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services</p><p>· Address customer needs, problems and requests in a timely manner</p><p>· Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience</p><p>· Support the customer focused culture minimizing disruption to impacted customers ensuring customers are kept informed</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Operational Excellence related:</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Responsible for execute the day-to-day activities of meter field service activities. </p><p>· Coordinate with meter reading and maintenance teams for execution of operations.</p><p>· Provide technical support to field staff regarding the reading of meters.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Performance Driven Organization related:</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties assigned by line manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Technical</u></strong></p><ul><li>Revenue Assurance</li><li>Meter Operations and Data Management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>. Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><p>· Technical certificate or equivalent</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><p>• Minimum of 3 years in relevant areas.</p>
