The role requires the candidate to leverage their expertise in indoor sales, particularly within the perfumes and cosmetics sections, to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfactio</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Service and Communication:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting products.</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive shopping experience.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.</li><li>Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to cater to diverse customers.</li><li>Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics products.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Effectively communicate the value proposition of products to customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales and Marketing:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products and upselling.</li><li>Collaborate with the store management to implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives.</li><li>Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain store displays and ensure products are attractively presented and stocked.</li><li>Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Teamwork</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.</li><li>Support and assist colleagues when needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Resolve issues and conflicts in a professional manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Requirements:</u></em></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in the perfumes and cosmetics industry.</li><li>Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong passion for perfumes and cosmetics, with a good understanding of the latest beauty trends and products.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.</li><li>Positive and customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.</li><li>Outstanding problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiency.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>About us: </u></em></strong></p><p>Founded in 2017, Floward is an online flowers and gifting company; we pride ourselves in creating a seamless experience for our customers and making sending flowers and gifts as enjoyable as receiving them.</p><p><br></p><p>We source our flowers daily from the best growers and farmers around the world to create one of a kind stunning arrangements and plants that fit every occasion.
