<p>We are looking to hire a Sous Chef for our client-an Innovative Restaurant Group in Kuwait.</p><p>Concept-They are a thriving restaurant group with one established and highly popular trendy American BBQ concept.</p><p>We are seeking a creative and organized culinary expert who is passionate about food and possesses a keen understanding of balancing textures and flavors.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Proven experience of atleast 4-5 years as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting.</p><p>2. Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.</p><p>3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.</p><p>4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with the culinary team.</p><p>5. Familiarity with food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency optimization.</p><p>6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, focusing on maintaining high kitchen standards.</p><p>7. Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as operational needs require.</p><p>8. Fluent in written and spoken english</p><p>9. Fine Dining experience</p><p>10. Specialist in French cuisine/ French Fusion/Gastronomical dishes</p><p>11. The ideal candidate must come from small restaurant of atleast 60-70 pax service</p><p>Must have some experience working in the middle east</p>
