We are constantly looking for people to help shape and be a part of our bright future!<p><br></p><strong>Our Purpose:</strong> To create a growth-accelerating platform that enables the restaurant ecosystem to achieve the most remarkable performance<p><br></p><strong>Our Vision:</strong> To be the most trusted one-stop-shop software &amp; financial platform for restaurants<p><br></p><strong>Our Mission: </strong>To empower every person who contributes to the success of a restaurant business and provide finance to fuel its growth.<p><br></p><strong>If this opportunity excites you so far, hop on and #apply_now!</strong><p><br></p><strong>Main Tasks And Responsibilities 💡</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company’s products and services</li><li>Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted</li><li>Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM</li><li>Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo</li><li>Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships</li><li>Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand</li><li>Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility</li><li>Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target account</li><li>Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree holder in Communications, English or any business course</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered</li><li>Confident in handling calls and making cold calls</li><li>Excellent customer service skills – will never take a “NO” personality</li><li>Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus</li><li>Experience using ZOHO or any CRM systems is an advantage</li><li>Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English.
