<strong><u>About This Opportunity</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Your work environment:</strong><p><br></p>We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an <strong>Electrician</strong> in our plant in Saudi Arabia <strong>Jeddah</strong>, which produces aluminium beverage cans. The position reports directly to the Shift Supervisor.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Perform installation, maintain &amp; repair plant electrical systems and building machinery &amp; equipment’s, always with a safety mind-set approach.</li><li> Make sure that electrical systems are safe and running efficiently.</li><li> Perform required modifications (software &amp; hardware) to keep machines operation at high performance and efficiency.</li><li> Perform safety-related functions and other miscellaneous electrical functions.</li><li> Troubleshoot electrical system (VFD, PLC’s, hard wirings) and root cause of issues (recommended ALLEN BRADLEY PLC).</li><li> Service/Repair/Replace defective parts (i.e. Motors, relays, processors, cards, sensors .. etc.) as well testing prior return to stores.</li><li> Complete allocated tasks to the required standard in a timely manner and excellent reading and tracing of the electrical diagrams.</li><li> Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices. Basic knowledge about Pneumatic and Hydraulic circuits.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p>Applications are invited from qualified Electricians (Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic) with minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry (automatic control systems). Experience of working with PLC systems (recommended ALLEN BRADLEY) would be an advantage. You are enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible and committed to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing and electrical processes, with great attention to details. You must have the ability to work safely and be a self-motivated, proactive individual, with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
