<p>Hey there, superstars!</p><p>We’re on the hunt for a rockstar CS Expert to join our Mozio squad. You’ll be the ultimate customer service pro, building strong relationships with our customers and making sure they’re happy as can be. You’ll be a pro at answering calls and emails from Customers, Service Providers, and Partners and always delivering the best service possible.</p><p>Your job is to make our customers feel like they’re part of the Mozio family and make sure their expectations are exceeded every step of the way. We’re all about providing the best service in town, so you gotta be up for the challenge!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we need from you:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills in <strong>English AND 2nd language (Spanish or French)</strong> at an Upper intermediate (B2) level or above</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in customer support</li><li>A third language (Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a plus!</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We’re a growing company that’s all about supporting our team and helping them reach their full potential.
