<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for implementing the training plan of Malia Group in coordination with line managers and for encouraging a thriving learning and development environment to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.</li><li>Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group goals and policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>On Talent Development & Career Planning</p><ul><li>Source, screen, and establish relationships with training suppliers to negotiate and choose the best training solutions targeting competency gaps.</li><li>Assist in the development of the yearly training calendar and actively coordinate with all concerned to ensure timely and proper execution.</li><li>Partner with internal “Subject Matter Experts” to design training and coaching for employees.</li><li>Actively participate in designing and developing training workshops to ensure continuous upgrade of Malia Training L&D offerings.</li><li>Actively assist in developing individual learning plans to optimize employee performance, internal mobility, and career development; Ensure timely execution of set plans.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions, either in-person or through virtual platforms, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and application.</li><li>Analyze training output/results and set needed action plan in coordination with the L&D Manager</li><li>Ensure proper communication of learning and development initiatives with stakeholders.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in learning technology and e-learning platforms to incorporate cutting-edge tools and digital resources into the talent development framework.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>On Onboardings</p><ul><li>Develop learning needs for newcomers and follow up with hiring managers to ensure that each newcomer fulfills his/her learning needs in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>On Reporting</p><ul><li>Assist in the yearly business plan development. </li><li>Report on monthly basis to Learning & Development Manager the status of ongoing projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration. </li><li>Masters degree in HR is preferable</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience in L&D</li></ul>
