<p>Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist at JorMall</p><p><br></p><p>We are excited to announce an opening for a Technical Support Specialist at JorMall. We are seeking a dynamic individual who has a passion for technology and an eagerness to apply their skills in a rewarding environment.</p><p><br></p><p>** Job Requirements :</p><p>* A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.</p><p>* Applicants ranging from fresh graduates to individuals with up to three years of experience are welcome.</p><p>* Proven experience with SQL server databases (including queries, procedures, functions, triggers, and views) is essential.</p><p>* Ability to monitor all services, systems, and servers on a daily basis and efficiently address any issues encountered.</p><p>* Programming skills in C#, VB.NET</p><p>, and ASP.Net</p><p> will be considered favorably.</p><p>* Knowledge in .NET Core, MVC, React, Angular, and SQL Database will be an added advantage.</p><p>* Familiarity with AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS is preferred.</p><p>* Experience in the development, implementation, and support of applications will be a plus.</p><p>* Proficiency in developing, implementing, and supporting back-end services and Web APIs for Apps is desirable.</p><p>* Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, client-server architecture, and Microsoft SQL Server is required.</p><p>* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with external parties comfortably and effectively.</p><p>* Capability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging scenarios.</p><p>* Very good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.</p><p><br></p><p>If you meet these qualifications and are looking for a new and exciting challenge, we would love to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p>Please email your resume to jobs@JorMall.com.
