In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with sales transactions, and efficiently fulfil orders, including coordinating with shipping companies for timely deliveries.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Will You Do? (Responsibilities): </strong></p><p>路 Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide a welcoming atmosphere.</p><p>路 Identify customer needs and provide professional product recommendations and technical advice.</p><p>路 Facilitate sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale (POS) system.</p><p>路 Manage cash, credit card, and other payment methods, ensuring security and accuracy.</p><p>路 Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are adequately stocked and neatly displayed.</p><p>路 Prepare and pack orders for both in-store pickup and shipment to customers.</p><p>路 Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange order pickups and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.</p><p>路 Update customers on the status of their orders, including tracking information, delivery estimates, and any potential delays.</p><p>路 Manage customer inquiries and resolve order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery issues.</p><p>路 Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, and industry trends to provide the best possible customer service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Are We Looking For? (Requirements):</strong></p><ul><li>Undergraduate Student or Fresh Graduate in any field of study.</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: Daily based.</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
