<p>Within the Human Resources Department,</p><p><br></p><p>Reports to the Rewards Assistant Director.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Missions :</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Reward (pesée de postes, grading et classification, politique de rémunération) : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing a systematic job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking.</li><li>Preparing business cases for any proposed changes in Remuneration and Reward policy and/or practice.</li><li>Overseeing the development, alignment, and implementation of the compensation programs, including market benchmarking, salary structures to analyse and improve the internal equity and competitive market position.</li><li>Providing analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine Ooredoo’s competitive position.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Performance Management : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Advising and supporting Ooredoo’s staff in performance related topics (annual objective setting, mid-year self & manager assessment, continuous feedback, 360° assessment, year-end self & manager assessment).</li><li>Managing performance appraisal and feedback programs and supporting managers on the process and documentation they should use.</li><li>Ensuring plans to address employee performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Organization & job description :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintaining job description database (updates, formalization, etc.).</li><li>Supporting the design and delivery of Ooredoo’ s Job Architecture (including job families, sub-families, career stream, career level).</li><li>Participating on organizational assessments on current structure, and identifying of areas where Ooredoo could improve.</li><li>Facilitating change management efforts, supporting people including communications and training.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Workforce Planning :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintaining Workforce Statistics.</li><li>Collaborating with the business units, by providing analysis and forecast of Ooredoo’ s workforce requirements.</li><li>Developing workforce scenario recommendations based on realistic assumptions for attrition, recruitment, and promotion to meet annual and longer term organizational requirements.</li><li>Collaborating in the implementation of mid to long term workforce planning of global and strategic staffing requirements by number, function, demographics, and competencies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Profile :</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Management, Engineering or a business-related discipline.</li><li>A minimum of 4 years’ experience.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office software, mainly MS Excel and impacting PowerPoint presentations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Skills :</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Soft skills :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Analytical and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Workshop and meeting facilitation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Hard skills : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Project management, Project plan development.</li><li>Analyzing figures / data / statistics to a better driven decisions.</li><li>Very good French and English level.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Why applying in Ooredoo Tunisia:</u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Be part of the leading mobile phone operator in Tunisia.</li><li>Take on a varied and challenging role in a multinational and innovative company.</li><li>Develop your knowledge/skills about the most advanced technologies.</li><li>Join an inspiring and collaborative team supporting your growth.</li><li>Attractive remuneration.</li><li>Transportation provided.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Our values are Caring, Connecting & Challenging.
