<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p> This position is responsible for managing a team and/or commercial process, namely identifying commercial opportunities, executing sales and marketing activities and driving profitable client relationships within a given region / segment. The scope of the role is primarily Business development, Product selection, Key Account Management and Revenue management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Tasks & Responsibilities :</strong></p><p>路 Ensure that all clients within his/her regions are engaged, supported, and serviced according to their requirements and Meeting Point standards</p><p>路 Ensure delivery of purchasing requirements as per the guidelines to the Product team, and ensure receipt is accurate and timely according to the original brief. Ensure client performance is continuously monitored and proactive measures are taken to mitigate risk and exploit opportunities</p><p>路 Develop budget proposal based on historical client performance and expected market developments (new clients, new products, competition, airlift changes, etc.).</p><p>路 Manage adherence to the agreed mark up policies within the FTI competitive markets.</p><p>路 Ensure team is maximizing revenue opportunities within non-competitive markets.</p><p>路 Identify and propose business development opportunities in existing source market</p><p>路 Support client promotional activities (marketing, fam trips, etc..)</p><p>路 Perform and review benchmarking to validate and ensure competitiveness of the client offering</p><p>路 Manage mark up (creation of sales contracts) and distribution processes of all products. </p><p>路 Prioritize digital connections (XML, API, UBP) with clients for distribution and reservation.</p><p>Keep up to date with market developments such as competitor commercial activities and product offerings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role KPIs:</strong></p><ul><li>Gross profit (margin)</li><li>New market and new clients</li><li>Client satisfaction</li><li>Client turnover (client loss)</li><li>No. of pax.</li><li>Ratio of digitally integrated clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications, </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma with a qualification in a relevant area</li><li>6-8 years of experience in a relevant industry, including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities</li><li>Fluent English Level</li><li>Budget and Cost Control Knowledge</li><li>IT and Computer Literacy</li><li>Management Skills</li><li>Performance Management</li><li>Communication and interpersonal Skills</li><li>Numerical Skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Readiness to learn and change</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Structured working</li><li>Leadership and management competence</li></ul><p></p>
