For more information, go to rsa.com.</p><p><br></p><p>The RSA Education services team offers training solutions in different modalities that help customers, partners, and internals to boost their security savvy and unlock the full potential of the RSA products.</p><p><br></p><p>The Instructional Designer is in charge of designing, developing, and evaluating learning solutions. Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, develop learning objectives, and create instructional materials such as eLearning courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs are all part of this. The Instructional Designer also collaborates with technical staff (both within and outside of the RSA Education Services team) to ensure that learning solutions are accessible and effective for learners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principal Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop learning materials, such as eLearning courses, instructor-led training, certification exams, and blended learning programs to be used with our customers, partners, and internals.</li><li>Designing and developing student and instructor guides, and create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, case-based learning, scenarios, games, etc)</li><li>Be creative and seek solutions outside generally used practices.</li><li>Tackle undefined, complex projects.</li><li>Keep project documentation and course folders organized.</li><li>Conduct needs assessments and develop learning objectives.</li><li>Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Collaborate with technical staff to ensure that learning solutions are accessible and can be delivered effectively to learners.</li><li>Evaluate learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Stay up to date on instructional design trends and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>B.Sc. of Education or Applied Arts or equivalent</li><li>B.Sc. of Engineering, CS is a plus</li><li>E-Learning ITI Diploma is a plus</li><li>3+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate rise 360, Lectora, and/or Captivate,..).</li><li>Familiarity with adult learning theories and principles.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>RSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
