<p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a telemarketing agent to join our company at RapidGen. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Our pay is 7k net + 2k kpis (EGP)</li><li>Weekly, Monthly Bonuses and Recognitions based on your performance.</li><li>Internal Promotions as we’re massively expanding.</li><li>Social and medical insurance after passing the probation period.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services.</li><li>Following a script to provide information about the service we offer.</li><li>Identifying and qualifying leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information.</li><li>Generating sales leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.</li><li>Building and maintaining a customer database by accurately recording all interactions and updating customer information.</li><li>Handling customer objections and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.</li><li>Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluency in English (B2 or higher)</li><li>Core I 3 laptop or higher</li><li>A USB headset</li><li>A stable internet connection with cable (Minimum 10 mbpt download // 2 mbpt upload)</li><li>Ability to work during USA time zone (6 pm – 6 am Egypt time) </li><li>8h shift + 1h break</li></ul>
