The network accepts all types of cards including credit, prepaid, governmental and private sector payroll and pension.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Automated Clearing house Network “EG-ACH”</strong></li></ul><p>an electronic funds transfer system governed by the Egyptian Banks Company (EBC) under the supervision of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). The national system enables automation of bank transfers via a national secured platform.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Meeza</strong></li></ul><p>Meeza is the domestic card scheme and the favorite payment method for government bills, in-store purchases and e-commerce. More than 31.4 million cardholders in Egypt enjoy a seamless and convenient payment experience using “Meeza” cards.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>InstaPay</strong></li></ul><p>The App enables instant interbank transfers 24/7, transfers to bank accounts, digital wallets, and any Meeza card. InstaPay is the first operating application via Instant Payment Network that is expected to include all banks operating in Egypt by mid-2022.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>To know more about EBC</strong>, visit our website at www.egyptianbanks.com</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Define capacity measurements and requirements for all production services/systems.</li><li>Development and execution of capacity and performance plans and provide capacity solutions in order to achieve the service forecast.</li><li>Analyze business forecast to get the trends of the services and decides if any expansion is needed.</li><li>Produce weekly/Monthly Capacity Management Reports</li><li>Own configuration management and capacity management processes.</li><li>Support and maintain IT configuration management databases (CMDB), and Ensure that the CMDB is managed and maintained with the highest degree of accuracy, and ensure that audits are performed on a regular basis.</li><li>Accountable for building and publishing the service catalog and responsible for incorporating new services into the service catalog and service delivery model</li><li>Design and implement end to end performance monitoring for all production services/systems and infrastructure to improve detection and avoidance of issues.</li><li>Integrate APM platform with all services and infrastructure components.</li><li>Provide technical and functional support for APM, and capacity management platforms.</li><li>Implement proactive identification of performance degradation for all services, infrastructure and platforms.</li><li>Continuous collaboration with services’ and applications’ owners regarding performance issues, scheduled service improvements and planned activities.</li><li>Build, maintain and automate disaster recovery procedure for all production services/systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 6+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Experience with best-in-class capacity, monitoring, data analysis, and visualization tools.</li><li>Configuration management, Application support, Scripting/programming skills.</li><li>Relevant professional experience in Capacity, Configuration, Incident and Problem Management.</li><li>Experience in leading, coach team and managing external service providers.</li><li>ITIL and other IT service management processes knowledge.</li><li>Strong operational understanding of information technology</li><li>Experience of developing IT architecture within transformation</li><li>Self-confidence, assertiveness and commitment.</li><li>Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and time management skills.</li><li>Extensive problem-solving skills and innovation and ability to work under stress.</li><li>A highly motivated person focusing on personal development.</li></ul><p></p>
