<p><strong>Position</strong><span>: Senior UI/UX Designer</span></p><p><strong>Location</strong><span>: Dubai, Onsite Only</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Leading the design of our Backoffice’s UI/UX for both mobile and admin platforms, ensuring it meets the highest standards for usability and visual design.</li><li>Collaborating with our product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.</li><li>Setting the visual design standards and guidelines for the company.</li><li>Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.</li><li>Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.</li><li>Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.</li><li>Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to enhance and polish the UI.</li><li>Building wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, Web Design, or a related field.</li><li>Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.</li><li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.</li><li>Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.</li><li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.</li><li>Ability to work in a team, leadership skills are a must.</li><li>Previous experience in the gaming and crypto industry is highly preferred.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><em>Please note that this role requires constant presence in our Dubai office and is not available for remote work.</em></p>
