<p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p>Titanium Building Materials is one of the leading companies in UAE serving clients Locally and exporting to more than 20 countries worldwide. Titanium Building Materials deals with a range of building materials i.e., Steel products, Cements, Plumbing, Electrical, and Hardware.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrating and presenting products.</li><li>&nbsp;Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals by placing an order.</li><li>&nbsp;Follow up on client payments.</li><li>Provide regular updates and report to management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Building Materials in UAE.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Must have a strong database of own customers from the same industry.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office. CRM, and sales software programs.</li><li>Experience in Dealing with construction and contracting companies.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>With valid UAE Driving License and Own car is a plus.</li><li>Ready to join immediately.</li><li>Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
