You will not be contacted if your profile does not meet the job requirements.</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Real Estate Sales Manager (Off Plan and Secondary Market)</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsible for the sales activities, managing profitability and operational integrity of the branch/team, providing overall leadership for the department. Understands, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the department.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Summary of essential job functions</strong></p><p><br></p><p>路 In accordance with the Managing Director, plans, implements and manages the operating and capital budgets to maximize team profitability;</p><p>路 Sets targets and establishes incentive schemes that motivate members of their team to reach or exceed sales targets;</p><p>路 Promote staff development through training, cross-training and career planning. Conducts training sessions to discuss sales techniques, ethics, and methods of maintaining sales quotas;</p><p>路 Directs team business development through campaigns, targeted direct mailing and participating in events and exhibitions;</p><p>路 Develops and manages an annual marketing plan with specific goals for the team;</p><p>路 Allocating areas to sales agents and consultants;</p><p>. Ensures the team services supports the overall corporate objective to provide superior services;</p><p>路 Ensures the team personnel meets all regulatory compliance standards, laws & regulations and following all operating policies and procedures;</p><p>路 Assists in negotiating development contracts with land developers;</p><p>路 Review closing statements and may attend closing transactions;</p><p>路 Liaising with Management and HR on internal issues;</p><p>路 Actively being involved in recruiting agents and supporting the HR in meeting the recruitment target for the team ;</p><p>路 Having weekly meetings with the team to understand the business status and advising them on improvements;</p><p>路 Approachable by the team whenever required and be able to handle the conflicts;</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Administrative/Technical Skills</strong></p><p> </p><p>路 Strong interpersonal and communications skills,</p><p>路 Management skills,</p><p>路 Ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse communities,</p><p>路 Ability to analyze and solve problems,</p><p>路 Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and theoretically,</p><p>路 Knowledge of Real Estate principles, methods and techniques,</p><p>路 Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements,</p><p>路 Business development skills,</p><p>路 Ability to plan, organize and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events.</p><p>路 Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Other Major and Mandatory Requirements:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><u>Should have experience in Dubai Real Estate (Brokerage) for more than 7 years out of which at least 3 should have been as a Manager (Managing a team of brokers in Off Plan/Secondary market);</u></li><li>Excellent communication skills in English;</li><li>Very well versed with MS Office;</li><li>Well educated with a Masters degree or at least a Bachelors Degree;</li><li>Should have valid UAE driving license.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidates not meeting the above criteria will not be contacted…. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Package and benefits:</strong></p><p> </p><p>- Attractive salary plus commissions from team achievements as well as individual achievements</p><p>- Medical Insurance</p><p>- Annual return ticket</p><p><strong> </strong></p>
