<p><span>Our client is looking for an experienced </span><span>Chief Technology Officer</span><span> located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Setting the company’s technological strategy, including decisions on hardware and software system implementations.</li><li>Working closely with other departments to identify, innovate, and execute technology needs that align with business objectives.</li><li>Safeguarding the company’s data and maintaining the integrity of data infrastructure.</li><li>Analyzing the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.</li><li>Communicating the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, and stakeholders.</li><li>Leading our diverse tech team by fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.</li></ul><p>Keeping up-to-date with advancements in tech and determining relevance to company goals.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA would be a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role.</li><li>Knowledge of technological trends to build the strategy.</li><li>Understanding of budgets and business planning.</li><li>Ability to conduct technological analysis and research.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational abilities.</li><li>Quick decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.</li></ul><p>Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>Disclaimer: HAX consulting or the poster of the job are not in control of the hiring process for this role, the job owner (partner) is in charge of the hiring process and will shortlist the ideal candidate accordingly.</span></p><p><br></p>
