<p>We are currently seeking a skilled Junior Account Executive to join our General Lines Broking Team.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in General Lines of Insurance and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.</p><p>Job Designation: Junior Account Executive – General Broking</p><p>Employment type: Full Time (FT)</p><p>Location – Dubai/ Abu Dhabi</p><p>Industry: Insurance</p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supporting the team in handling the servicing of new placements.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling and servicing of renewals as assigned.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mid-term servicing of existing accounts, Communicating with Customers in respect of post placement requirements like additions / deletions / policy changes etc</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to review an account for renewal and prepare a summary for the team lead, preparing renewal reports for Major clients</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Running various Business Reports, analyzing them and sharing a summary with the team lead / line manager as might be required from time to time</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Invoicing – both new &amp; renewal business (policy &amp; endorsements)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Process adherence</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Jobs as might be assigned by the line manager from time to time</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years with an insurance broker or an insurance company.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in English Language </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent attention to detail</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good collaborator and a team player</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Time – management skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works well under pressure.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Having basic Insurance qualifications would be an added advantage&nbsp;</p>
