This place is called Teleios Dome and is going to drive Teleios’ worldwide expansion.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team! As a Business Development Executive, the candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational business development. </p><p><span>The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. He should have evidence of vital skills and possess good negotiation skills. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build relationships with prospective clients</li><li>Maintain consistent contact with existing clients</li><li>Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals</li><li>Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts</li><li>Attend networking events to attract and retain clients</li><li>Manage sales pipeline</li><li>Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages</li><li>Track metrics to ensure targets are hit</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in the sales industry</li><li>Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>CRM experience is preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Driving license.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary Package: Aed: 6000 + 3-5% Commission on sales.</p><p>The current Payroll range for BDE at Teleios, salary+commission is: 14 to 42k AED/monthly</p>
