<p>Minimalist is much more than “just” an eCommerce store specializing in the design and manufacturing of bespoke watches and jewelry. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown to be a community of design enthusiasts of several hundred thousand people – and we’re looking to grow the team that makes this possible further.</p><p><br></p><p>For our first store in Dubai’s&nbsp;<strong>Mirdif City Center</strong>, we<strong> </strong>are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Store&nbsp;Manager to&nbsp;join us.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>DUTIES</em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure sufficient stock, manage inventory, project and estimate requirements, and streamline supply chain</li><li>Schedule and manage on-site sales team and colleagues to ensure stores are appropriately staffed</li><li>Recognize, train, and develop on-site staff and sales personnel</li><li>Plan and executive promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools</li><li>Independently keep track of sales records, create reports, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance</li><li>Ensure retail venues are appealing, clean, and organized with products appropriately displayed</li><li>Engage with customers, answer questions, explain products, terms, and conditions, and build rapport</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>REQUIREMENTS</em></strong></p><ul><li>At least 4, ideally 6+ years of experience in retail luxury items / watch sales, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company;</li><li>Previous UAE experience in retail/store management and visual merchandising;</li><li>Exposure to face-to-face sales in the UAE;</li><li>Ideally a Bachelor’s degree;</li><li>Understanding of Emirati culture and personality;</li><li>Preferably communication skills (verbal &amp; written) in Khaleeji Arabic;</li><li>Outstanding communication skills (verbal &amp; written) in English.</li></ul>
