Customer Relationship Management Administrator
Job Description
<p>We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team. </p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of our CRM system using Hubspot. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize the use of the CRM system to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the customer experience.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement CRM strategies and best practices to ensure that the system is being used to its full potential</li><li>Train and support users on how to effectively use Hubspot CRM</li><li>Create and manage reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of the CRM system</li><li>Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that campaigns and promotions are properly tracked within the CRM system</li><li>Manage customer data within the system, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and properly segmented for targeted marketing and sales campaigns</li><li>Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring that all data fields are populated and that duplicate records are eliminated</li><li>Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the CRM system and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the CRM space, and bring new ideas to the team</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in CRM management, with a focus on Hubspot CRM</li><li>Strong understanding of sales and marketing Real estate processes and best practices</li><li>Experience with creating and managing reports and dashboards</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p><br></p>
