<p><strong>The Site Manager will be responsible to manage and ensure the achievement of customer KPI’s relating to warehouse operations. You shall ensure these are being performed within the agreed standards, along with following the SOP’s. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage and lead the warehouse operations, along with ensuring the highest levels of safety and EHS compliance with alignment to company policies, SOP’s and GDP requirements</li><li>Maintain a strong collaborative relationship and operational alignment with QHSE departments to ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Monitor and maintain warehouse operational processes, ensuring adherence to documented policies, procedures and SOPs</li><li>Drive the achievement and continuous improvement of internal warehouse KPIs</li><li>Ensure service levels are met for customers and promptly communicated, maintaining strong customer relationship management</li><li>Adapt operations to changing customer requirements while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence</li><li>Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency</li><li>Keep the team continuously updated on operational deliverables; Motivate and encourage teamwork to meet targets</li><li>Proactively anticipate future challenges, such as seasonality and plan solutions aligned with changing customer requirements</li><li>Establish a clear link between operational performance and financial impact, identifying opportunities for improvement</li><li>Identify and implement improvement projects, taking accountability for their successful execution</li><li>Provide support on ad hoc projects, such as value-added services (VAS) and new implementations</li><li>Develop and implement succession planning strategies, conducting skill matrix assessments and coaching direct reports</li><li>Support recruitment efforts, training initiatives, and the rollout of new programs</li><li>Identify training needs and ensure the execution of required training programs, including EHS, safety and GDP</li><li>Ensure timely completion of performance management processes, such as appraisals and coaching sessions</li><li>Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement (CIP) within the team</li><li>Act as a mediator and impartial resource to resolve employee conflicts effectively</li><li>Participate in operational meetings with warehouse managers and supervisors and other company stakeholders</li><li>Monitor and control productivity and performance of warehouse staff, including disciplinary actions when necessary</li><li>Ensure product and material are stored in a compliant manner and that the appropriate controls are in place to effectively protect against loss and inventory discrepancies</li><li>Responsible for inventory accuracy and execution of inventory management strategy in coordination with Inventory team and in line with customer requirements</li><li>Responsible for the compliant operation of the WMS system – all operational transactions to be recorded in the system in line with GDP, UAE Customs and Customer requirements, using RF technology</li><li>Responsible for timely management of deviations, non-conformities of the team, through timely reporting and support in investigation as well as development of corrective and preventive measures to improve the warehousing processes</li><li>Stay updated on healthcare product handling, GDP, MOH inspection requirements, and Hellmann procedures</li><li>Maintain relevant system knowledge, including LFS, among warehouse staff</li><li>Support quality in identifying, planning, and monitoring staff training related to health and safety</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Minimum 5 years of work experience in a distribution centre operations, ideally pharmaceutical, GMP/GDP</li><li>Excellent knowledge of warehousing process and business</li><li>Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Warehouse management system (WMS) experience is an advantage</li></ul>
