Located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, within walking distance to Souq Waqif, Museum of Islamic Art and a short distance to the business district, West Bay.<p><br></p>At Mandarin Oriental, Doha we welcome colleagues with the passion to deliver the best service and exceed our guest’s expectations.<p><br></p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness of all back of house areas, including areas such as offices, pantries, corridors, and all storage areas</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors in level B3-B1, as well as all guest room corridors</li><li>Collect and deliver fresh and dirty linen and ensure that trolleys are filled effectively</li><li>Refill pantries and ensure that enough stock of amenities and linen are placed on each floor</li><li>It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.</li><li>MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.</li><li>It is part of your role and your responsibility to fully support all learning and development activities.</li><li>You shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard stored information, and not divulge or otherwise transfer any personal data concerning the guests, customers or colleagues, or any confidential information concerning the hotel unless with the appropriate authority.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Senior School qualifications or equivalent is mandatory</li><li>Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is beneficial</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience</li><li>Previous working experience in the Middle East is beneficial</li><li>Basic housekeeping, chemical, linen and machinery knowledge is beneficial</li></ul><p><br></p>If you are interested in joining our team apply today!
