If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key aspects of the role include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Designing and implementing effective strategies aligned with the cross-functional team to meet business goals and product objectives.</li><li>Responsible for the provision of technical and scientific support for assigned portfolio across the Kingdom.</li><li>Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the assigned team.</li><li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.</li><li>Foster collaboration within the team and other functions.</li><li>Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>To be successful you will need to meet the following:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field.</strong> A Business School degree or MBA is advantageous.</li><li><strong>Minimum 5 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical company of which 3+ years of people management experience.</strong></li><li>Must have an experience in specialty line or cardiovascular.</li><li>Deep understanding of the Saudi market, dynamics, and trends.</li><li>Strong leadership skills to manage employees across the kingdom.</li><li><strong>Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.</strong></li><li><strong>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>***We check all applications and suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
