<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develops a Key Account Plan (3-5 year prospective)</li><li>Understands the customer organization and decision-making process while maintaining / updating account Plans on regular basis.</li><li>Builds relationship with all decision makers within the customers organization, also builds an informal network</li><li>Plan and execute sales activities and assist in marketing execution</li><li>Growth in Key Accounts in the Kingdom different regions and ensures a unified approach</li><li>Assist our channel partners and distributors</li><li>Achieve set targets and perform any other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Business related field is preferred. Master or MBA is also a preferred to have.</li><li>5 to 10 years of experience in Sales and/or account management.</li><li>Current or previous experience in AEC (Architectural, Engineering &amp; Construction) industry is required with strong network.</li><li>Solid Key Account Management Knowledge and local market experience.</li><li>Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong Customer Focus &amp; Presentation skills with ability to work effectively in matrix team environment.</li><li>Knowledge of CAD and Design Cycle is essential, and knowledge of BIM is preferred</li><li>Proven ability to work under pressure and independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Others:</p><ol><li>Competitive salary, allowance and bonus</li><li>Based in Riyadh, and travel to other neighboring area if necessary</li><li>Enjoy public holidays, annual leave and other benefits according to local laws and regulations</li></ol>
