<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><br><br><p>We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and operate our IT PMO Office in Riyadh.</p><br><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><br> <br> <li>Manage and oversee the IT Project Management Office, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programs.</li><br> <li>Successfully manage and execute complex IT projects/programs using industry-standard methodologies, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile approaches.</li><br> <li>Hold prominent project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, P3O, SAFe Agilist 5.1, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, SCRUM, etc., showcasing your commitment to excellence.</li><br> <li>Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in Oracle ERP suite, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, ITIL v4, IT Infrastructure, software development lifecycle, Systems architecture, and Systems integration.</li><br> <li>Demonstrate expertise in creating RFPs, PRs, and technical proposals, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation.</li><br> <li>Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve project goals efficiently.</li><br> <li>Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management and clients, to provide project updates and manage expectations.</li><br> <li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success and timely delivery.</li><br> <br><br><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><br><br><ul><br> <li>Minimum of 13+ years of experience in managing IT Projects/Programs with a proven track record of successful deliveries.</li><br> <li>Comprehensive understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile.</li><br> <li>Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, P3O, SAFe Agilist 5.1, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, SCRUM, or equivalent certifications are mandatory.</li><br> <li>Technology Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle ERP suite, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, ITIL v4, IT Infrastructure, software development lifecycle, Systems architecture, and Systems integration.</li><br> <li>Strong experience in creating RFPs, PRs, and technical proposals.</li><br> <li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.</li><br> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><br> <li>Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.</li><br></ul><br><br><br><br><p>If you are a results-driven, highly skilled, and experienced Project/Program Manager looking to make a significant impact in the IT industry, we welcome you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Riyadh.</p>
