<strong>Your role </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Line Manager: Head of Distribution KSA </li><li> Expand the portfolio through direct acquisition of new customers </li><li> Be able to create the new business validation file with CUW standards. </li><li> Build strong relationship with Allianz partners ( BSF, brokers). <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Your challenge </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Build pipeline and enhance relationships with prospects </li><li> Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio throught proper policy Terms and Conditions <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>/What You Do</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality </li><li> Create a pipeline (self prospection) in line with target profile </li><li> Convert leads generated/received </li><li> Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards </li><li> Analyze prospect needs and business model to build the policy properly </li><li> Collect all necessary information and follow up with commercial and risk uw on quotation and prechecks </li><li> Ensure that the prospect has full udnerstanding of policy coverage and processes before signing </li><li> Comply with commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Requirements/What You Bring</strong><p><br></p><strong>Market knowledge:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Expert know-how in specifics of market </li><li> Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to </li><li> mid-large clients, market players and opinion leaders <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Business expertise:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Ability to generate and convert leads <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Interpersonal skills:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Ability to liaise with members of other core functions </li><li> Strong negotiation skills <br></li></ul><p><br></p>#GCC #MMEA #Riyadh<p><br></p>Caring for our employees, their ambitions, dreams and challenges, is what makes us a unique employer.
