<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Representing the company before the supervising authorities for the projects within the</p><p>scope.</p><p>Managing the projects within the scope in coordination with the area managers among</p><p>themselves to solve all problems and provide technical and administrative support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General points:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop the total budget for the projects located in the regions with the work plan in the</li></ul><p>region to achieve the strategic goals that guarantee increasing productivity and</p><p>efficiency, the use of human resources and equipment and the mechanism for</p><p>implementing these plans for each region and submitting them to the Executive Director</p><p>for approval.</p><ul><li>Arranging priorities for the areas and projects that will be the best to achieve the</li></ul><p>strategic goals set.</p><ul><li>Approval for the appointment of project managers and area managers, final approval is</li></ul><p>given by the Executive Director.</p><ul><li>Studying and approving the budget of the projects of the regions within the scope, the</li></ul><p>final approval shall be made by the Executive Director.</p><ul><li>Monitor and control the financial performance of projects located in the region to follow</li></ul><p>up on profit and loss while maximizing the total profit for the regions and rationalizing</p><p>consumer expenses.</p><ul><li>Submit a quarterly report showing expenditure and revenue rates for cut-off items with</li></ul><p>the elapsed period of the project life and the balance with the remaining period of the</p><p>project term to the Executive Director, with the approval of the revenues and expenses</p><p>due upon financial closure.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Evaluate the performance of district managers on a semi-annual basis and submit it to</li></ul><p>the Executive Director.</p><ul><li>An assessment of the level of customer satisfaction and the provision of the provided service technically and administratively and submitting the report to the Executive.</li></ul><p>Director.</p><ul><li>Approving the purchase of project assets and submitting them to the Executive Director.</li><li>Submit a bi-monthly report on the position of raising the region’s extracts “Employment -</li></ul><p>consumables and sub-contracts – other” with an analysis of the discounts and</p><p>procedures for their removal and billing of spare parts to customers no more than a</p><p>month of service performance and their approval for the Executive Director.</p><ul><li>Organizing monthly meetings with the directors of the regions to follow up the</li></ul><p>implementation and implementation of the action plan in line with the strategic</p><p>objectives, with submitting the minutes of the meeting to the Executive Director to</p><p>present the general performance, the mechanism for overcoming obstacles and</p><p>corrective actions.</p><ul><li>Monitoring the monthly project performance measurement index KPI.</li><li>Follow up the implementation of the procedures for new projects – completed projects </li></ul><p>in accordance with the established plans.</p><ul><li>Follow-up corrective actions to quality reports.</li></ul>
