<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Representing the company before the supervising authorities for the projects within the</p><p>scope.</p><p>Managing the projects within the scope in coordination with the project managers</p><p>among themselves to solve all problems and provide technical and administrative</p><p>support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General points &amp; Granted power:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow-up of projects in all phases &amp; receipt and delivery – implementation – extension – direct purchase – other.</li><li>Ensuring that the contract is approved by the “Ministry of Finance – the High Commissioner according to the contract value” and that the contract amount is booked with the budget for the Finance Department in the supervising authorities.</li><li>Reviewing the terms and conditions brochure of the contract, identifying strengths and weaknesses, bills of quantities, specifications, and a mechanism for avoiding weaknesses.</li><li>Careful follow-up of the implementation of the procedures of new projects – completed projects&amp; with project managers in accordance with the established plans.</li><li>Approve the estimated study prepared by the project manager and submit it to the</li></ul><p>regional director.</p><ul><li>Approving the organizational structure and project operation plans prepared by the</li></ul><p>project manager.</p><ul><li>Approval of the “material requests – cash covenant replacement – financial transactions</li></ul><p>– administrative transactions” related to the region’s projects, while rationalizing the expenses of general consumables.</p><ul><li>Approving the movement of assets and employees within the projects of the region in</li></ul><p>proportion to the interest of the work.</p><ul><li>Follow up the appropriations of engineers, technicians and sub-contracts.</li><li>Follow-up to raise the monthly extracts of the region without delay “employment -</li></ul><p>consumables and sub-contracts – other” with data analysis of discounts and procedures</p><p>for avoiding them, and billing spare parts to customers and permitting them not to</p><p>exceed a month from performing the service.</p><ul><li>Monitoring the equivalence of expenditure and revenue rates for the terms of the</li></ul><p>contract for the remainder of the project, especially the Q.G item, mechanical and</p><p>electrical consumables, workshops, and taking into account the provision for finalizing</p><p>delivery notes prior to the end of the contract.</p><ul><li>Preparing the monthly project performance measurement index according to a</li></ul><p>monthly plan to visit the projects of the region and submit it to the regional director.</p><ul><li>Follow up the implementation of the preventive maintenance program for the projects of</li></ul><p>the region over the course of the contract.</p><ul><li>Organizing a monthly meeting with project managers and submitting the minutes of the</li></ul><p>meeting to the regional director and executive director.</p><ul><li>Preparing letters to the supervising authority and responding to their address after being</li></ul><p>presented to the regional director.</p><ul><li>Initial approval of the direct purchase offer and submitting it to the regional director and</li></ul><p>executive director for final approval and obtaining the approval of the owner.</p><p>A plan to visit housing and warehouses while providing the needs and removing</p><p>obstacles &amp; water and scavenging – hygiene – maintenance – moral discipline – following</p><p>precautionary measures – public safety.</p><ul><li>Evaluate the performance of project managers on a quarterly basis and submit them to</li></ul><p>the regional director, along with preparing the necessary recommendations.</p><ul><li>Evaluate the performance of project engineers on a semi-annual basis and submit it to</li></ul><p>the Regional Director.</p><ul><li>Approving penalties and warnings for project employees and submitting them to the</li></ul><p>regional director.</p><p>Approving the plan of vacations, emergency vacations, and vacations for engineers and</p>
