We love to celebrate our people and we are proud to have been Internationally recognized as a “Great Place to Work”.<p><br></p>Company Website: https://www.rednucleus.com<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Ensure all final manuscript elements are correctly included in deliverables, test functionality, and confirm adherence to technical specifications (operating systems, devices, browsers) of all deliverables including:</li><li> All types of e-learning</li><li> Simulations/Virtual Dialogues</li><li> Games</li><li> Mobile applications</li><li> Graphics and PDF layouts</li><li> Enter issues into Git/Jira database and tag appropriate team member (ie, Artist, Developer) to correct issue</li><li> Regression issues in Git/Jira for correctness and completion and close or reassign as needed</li><li> Test newly developed tools/platforms/frameworks as needed</li><li> Test SCORM packages in sandbox environments (like SCORM Cloud)</li><li> Check PowerPoint slides for title, text box, and other layout element placement consistency</li><li> Manage tasks and deadlines, and reprioritize as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> At least 4 years in manual, functional testing</li><li> Experience in developing and implementing QA processes and strategies</li><li> Experience testing e-learning modules, web-based modules, and applications (like Storyline 360 and RISE), and also native mobile applications across different platforms, browsers, and OS to ensure script to screen accuracy, interactive functionality, screen design consistency, voice over accuracy and synching to on-screen text builds and animations</li><li> Worked across various software development/testing methodologies</li><li> Experience with test management:</li><li> Estimation</li><li> Creating test plans</li><li> Formulating test strategies and defect logging and management</li><li> Test case writing, test case execution</li><li> Experience with issue management systems (such as GIT and Jira)</li><li> Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li> Ability to analyze and interpret test results and make recommendations for improvement</li><li> Good written, verbal, and organizational skills</li><li> Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize those tasks</li><li> Ability to handle multiple and changing deadlines</li><li> Ability to thrive in a team environment</li><li> High level of motivation, ability to deal with pressure, and adaptability</li><li> Proficiency with using a variety of computer tools, including:</li><li> Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook</li><li> Web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)</li><li> Adobe Acrobat</li><li> iPad/mobile apps</li></ul><p><br></p>Other Qualification Considerations<p><br></p><ul><li> Knowledge in e-learning/content management domain (Good to have)</li><li> Basic knowledge of automation testing (Good to have)</li></ul><p><br></p>What You Will Enjoy at Red Nucleus<p><br></p><ul><li> Competitive pay, incentives, retirement, and income security programs</li><li> Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs focused on healthy lifestyles</li><li> Generous paid time off, employee assistance programs, and flexible work arrangements</li><li> Performance-driven environment including professional development and transfer opportunities</li><li> People-first culture fostering self-expression, diversity, and a growth mindset</li><li> Celebrations!
