<p><strong><u>Job description:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparation of B.O.Q template in CSI master format.</li><li>Preparation of specifications in CSI master format.</li><li>Preparation of method of measurements.</li><li>Select Materials specifications and data sheet to be implemented in BOQ and specifications.</li><li>Review drawings and other project documents to write and edit specifications for projects and coordinate compliance with project requirements, institutional guidelines, technical conditions, acceptable standards, and existing laws, rules, regulations and codes.</li><li>Prepare Materials research; assists project designers with material selection and system research.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirement:</u></strong></p><ul><li>B.Sc., Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.</li><li>15+ years of Experience.</li><li>Excellent command of English.</li><li>Expert in preparing an intensive Review Report for QS scope by other consultant in English/Arabic.</li><li>Expert in Value Engineering and localization materials.</li><li>Good knowledge for pricing (materials and systems).</li><li>Expert in knowledge of material &amp; application method.</li><li>Negotiation, listening and Problem-Solving Skills.</li><li>MS Office-Revit-AutoCAD-CSI.</li></ul>
