And we believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and of course our users’ smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).<p><br></p><strong>Do you want to join the party?</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for a talented and brilliant <strong>VIP Account manager</strong> to join our amazing team in <strong>Dubai (UAE)</strong>.<p><br></p><ul><li>Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users</li><li>Keep track and monitor on the VIP users activity on a daily basis including sales and up sale promotions</li><li>Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them</li><li>Track and monitor the VIP players activity on a daily basis</li><li>Provide customer care through various channels and handles</li><li>Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience</li><li>Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products</li><li>Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluent Arabic and English – must</li><li>Previous experience at sales or customer support roles, preferably from B2C companies</li><li>Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven</li><li>Ability to travel in MENA region</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Passion for social apps</li><li>Knowledge of additional languages Hindi/Urdu or Turkish will be an advantage</li><li>Prior experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What You Can Expect</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Each employee is a partner of the Company, since everyone has stock options</li><li>Competitive salary and performance review bonus</li><li>No income tax in Dubai</li><li>Official employment in Dubai (work permit visa for employees)</li><li>Relocation package compensation for single/family, full support in the relocation process</li><li>Medical insurance (100% for employees and 75% for family members)</li><li>Comfortable co-working in Dubai center with all goods to make your working day productive</li><li>Lunch and unlimited coffee/tea</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and skills improvement</li><li>Atmosphere of challenges, creativity, team play</li></ul><p><br></p>If this sounds like you, send your resume for <strong>tango.CC.C30@comeetapply.com</strong> and help empower live entertainers and creators to build independent businesses around their live talents.
