<p>Seer Dynamics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong specialization in selling Enterprise Business Applications. If you are passionate about technology, possess excellent sales and leadership skills, and have a proven track record of success in the ERP (Microsoft) software industry, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Sales / Business Development Manager – Enterprise Business Applications</p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p>Salary – AED 10,000 to AED14,000</p><p>Role – Permanent </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Microsoft Dynamics ERP Business Applications within the designated territory.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their unique business requirements and pain points, and offering tailored ERP solutions to address their needs effectively.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed decisions about sales strategies and positioning.</li><li>Partner Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with Microsoft, resellers, and consultants to create a robust ecosystem and extend the reach of ERP business applications.</li><li>Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.</li><li>Customer Success: Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure successful implementations and high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, outlining sales performance, pipeline status, and progress towards goals.</li><li>Industry Events and Networking: Represent the company and Microsoft ERP solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate new business leads.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on selling Microsoft ERP Business Applications or similar enterprise software solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP software functionality and its applications across various industries.</li><li>Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience leading sales teams to success.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft’s ERP product portfolio (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Payroll Solutions) is a significant plus.</li><li>UAE driving license is a must and will have to travel extensively. </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to </span>careers@seerdynamics.com</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;We look forward to reviewing your application!</p>
