<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Coordinator, Logistics Interface</strong><p><br></p><strong>Qatar</strong><p><br></p>Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented <strong>Coordinator, Logistics Interface</strong> to join our team! In this role you will get to be <strong>Responsible for guiding the visitors, developers, contractors with logistics regulations and restrictions in a good manner to boost the image of the company in the eyes of the public.</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>What You’ll Be Doing</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for guiding the visitors, developers, contractors with logistics regulations and restrictions in a good manner to boost the image of the company in the eyes of the public.</li><li>First interface point with residents, Commercial business entities and other internal and external stake holders.</li><li>Interface with public during an event and coordinate with event management team to make sure smooth traffic flow and not to have any impact to residents or other entities Lusail city.</li><li>Responsible for tasks like protection of assets, coordination with governmental authorities, enforcement of logistics rules and regulations within city.</li><li>Monitor and report all noncompliance of logistics regulations like poor housekeeping, damaged hoardings, damages to assets and any work with in Lusail city without permit to work applications.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Required Skills You’ll Bring</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum requirement: Secondary school or above</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Must have valid Qatar driver’s license</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Desired Skills You’ll Bring</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Must be able to speak Arabic and English able to prioritize work</li><li>Good communication skills to interact and interface with the public, developers, and contractors.</li><li>Must be brought up in Qatar and should be aware of local culture and presentable on site with Qatari attire.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Clearance Required To Start</u></strong><p><br></p>Not Applicable/None<p><br></p>Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
