Event project manager. <br><br>To plan and execute events, leading teams from the initial conception of the event to its successful completion. <br><br>Requirment <br><br>Excellent event-planning skills along with the ability to define project milestones and deadlines and coordinate both teams and external contractors to ensure a successful and enjoyable event that meets organizational goals and expectations. <br><br>The right candidate needs to balance creativity with logistics, financial planning, and vendor management duties. <br><br>Should excel at multitasking and balancing big-picture concerns from large to small-scale events.<br><br>Duties and Responsibilities <br><br>Develop Event Concept and Plan <br><br>Collaborate with Clients Before and During Events <br><br>Maintain Event Budgets <br><br>Negotiate Contracts <br><br>Select Event Elements and Vendors <br><br>End to end management and planning of the project.<br><br><br>Skills and experience : Min 5 to 7 years experience in <br><br>• Event planning <br><br>• Project management <br><br>• Vendor relationship management <br><br>• Logistics skills <br><br>• Budget management <br><br>• Communication skills
